We are the Clemson chapter of Material Advantage - The club for students in Material Science & Engineering!

Material Advantage is a national organization for undergraduate students in the field of material science. A joint effort of The American Ceramic Society, the Association for Iron & Steel Technology , ASM International, and the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society, the organization is dedicated to introducing material science students to the professional materials world. If you would like to know more about the national organization, more information can be found at:

Our goal is to challenge and facilitate all students in the MS&E department at Clemson to get more out of their undergraduate studies. We strive to give our members the tools they need to be successful throughout their education and in the professional world. Please get to know our chapter a little better by checking out or website at or visit us on Facebook or LinkedIn.

If you are interested in getting involved, please stop by any of our events or contact one of our members! If you have any questions about our chapter, please contact the chapter President, Sarah Kendrick at
